Bouncing and Animals

Had a busy couple of days.
On Friday night our shed was broken into and toys and James bike were stolen. Somebody had unscrewed the door of the shed to take the whole door off. We were not happy at all to say the least and quite a bit frightened to be honest - what if they had broken into the house?
Yesterday Simon and Isaac came round to help James put up Samuel's birthday trampoline, and its totally HUMUNGOUS!!!
We all had a go on it, and Lew loved watching! A bit later we went for a walk around the lake. Samuel and I walked fast for the exercise and James walked REALLY slow with Lewis.
Lew went to bed at his normal time and I went to bed straight after (after a bath).
This morning we decided to go for a drive and ended up in Cleethorpes. We went to the Jungle Zoo (http://www.nelincs.gov.uk/tourism/attractions/details.htm?ID=13) and saw some fab creatures. Lew really enjoyed looking at the animals, especially as they were very interested in trying to get to him as well!!!
Afterwards, we went to Pizza Hut for a treat. Samuel gets 10% off with his Dubit Card and because its his birthday next week, he got a special 20% off email so we took advantage of that, yummmmy!
This afternoon we came home and James and Lew watched the Chelsea/Arsenal game on TV.
While looking through old photographs, I found this one of Lew. It grabbed me and tore me open, it made me so sad. I dont know if his eyes are watering because he was cold, or because he was upset about something and then he realised everything was okay after all. As parents, it is our job to make sure everything is okay for our children, to help them to be the best they can.
We love Lew so much, so so much, and at the moment that is all we can offer him. Please we need a miracle.

Calendar News are coming to film Lew on Tuesday for an update so we may be on TV again. Please, if you have a video recorder could you tape the programme for us, as we dont have the facilities ourselves to do it.

We were both soooo disappointed that we missed seeing you today. We would LOVE to have seen you all. We have to arrange another time to get together. We think of you all the time. Love you all,

The Lewis Jeynes Fund

The Lewis Jeynes Fund was established to provide care and support to Lewis Jeynes and the success of the Fund has meant that we have also been able to purchase specialist equipment for other children with undiagnosed neurologically degenerative conditions in Doncaster and the UK.

Lewis and his friends around the UK all suffer from acute and undiagnosed life limiting or terminal conditions and very often specialist equipment is difficult to afford due to the changed circumstances at home. This is where the Fund can provide vital assistance to those in need. All of the proceeds of the Fund go straight towards helping Lewis, and other children and families like him and us.

Contributions should be sent to The Lewis Jeynes Fund, 15 Kentmere Drive, Doncaster, DN4 5FL or by BACS to Nat West Bank, “The Lewis Jeynes Fund” Account No. 35662565 Sort Code 60 06 39. You can also go into your local Nat West Bank and pay into the Fund over the counter.

i love you much (most beautiful darling) by e.e.cummings

i love you much (most beautiful darling), more than anyone on the earth and i like you better than everything in the sky -sunlight and singing welcome your coming although winter may be everywhere with such a silence and such a darkness, no one can quite begin to guess (except my life) the true time of year - and if what calls itself a world should have the luck to hear such singing (or glimpse such sunlight as will leap higher than high through gayer than gayest someone's heart at your each nearness) everyone certainly would (my most beautiful darling) believe in nothing but love
